How to get kumai by Air:
From your home, pls. Check your flight to Jakarta directly or fly Singapore to Jakarta. Then you let us to assist you with your internal flight around Indonesia. There are possibility to fly Jakarta via Semarang or surabaya to Pangkalanbun. Jakarta - Banjarmasin-Kuching-Pontianak-Pangkalan bun.

Good Mosquito repellent, Small Backpack (Trekking), Sunglasses / Hat, Suntan Lotion, Camera /extra Film and battery,Trekking Shoes/Socks, Light Raincoat, Towel & Mini Towel, Cotton Clothing, Flashlight / batteries, Small personal Medical Kit.
Other information :
Alcoholic beverage not allow here, government has banded for any Alcoholic trade since 4 years ago du to so many accident and problems. So don’t expect any beer even at Big Hotel, Western (US$-SIN$ )Currency could be exchange at some bank here, make sure giving big note ,crispy and latest currency( above 2006). But you can withdraw your money through ATM In Kumai (BNI ATM) located inpront of INDOWARTEG Restaurant (we recommended this restaurant to try) You can find BNI ATM, MANDIRI BANK,DANAMON BANK,BRI,BPD in Pangkalanbun city about 30 Minutes from kumai, daily bemo can be easily call out near our office.
Within the park:
Pls. follow the rule of the park which is you can also read on the welcome sign , do not swimming cause of the crocodile, when you are around the feeding please do not talk loudly which bordering the orangutan and other visitors if you want to enjoy your a good experience with nature and respecting the wildlife, keep also remain your tour guide if you found they don’t follow the rule.,
Clearance arrangemaent ;
For yachts above 18 tonnage or any change to your yacht crew list or approval schedule, you should manage to check in and out , Pls. bring your original and 4 copies of your CAIT, Boat permit, crew list , latest port clearance, passports and visas. For yachts under 18 tonnage, you should register with the nearest Harbour Master when arriving and clear out, which we can also assist with in Kumai. Please . provide 3 copy each of your papers.
What you need to leave for boat boy when you re away for tours
Pls. Just make sure everything closed and secure before leaving the boat also your anchored light should be on ( automatically) , our boat boy only stay on the cockpit they will have food sent from the port. But would be kindly appreciated if you can Leave some drinks, snack, flashlight.
Term and condition :
These Packages excluded expenses incurred due to causes beyond our control (force majeure) and expenses also incurred due to flight cancellations & delays are not covered We will assist in the rescheduling of all flights & organizing suitable accommodations transport and meals etc, boat damage, scratching, losing, stealing. … but ALL costs are to be covered by yourself if these circumstances occur. Please also advise when booking of any medical conditions or allergies (including food), so that an alternative can be arranged.
